The contract is accomplished by your order and the confirmation sent by us via e-mail. With your order you to submit a binding offer for us to form a contract with you. Due to your offer we send you an e-mail, confirming the receipt. This confirmation doesn��t constitute an acceptance of your offer, it just informs you of the receipt of your order. A contract is formed by a second e-mail, confirming your order.

You may return your order completely and undamaged within two weeks after reception of the bags without giving reasons. To ensure your right of return the timely reconsignment of the deliverd goods suffices.

The charges of the reconsignment are paid by OUTLOOK design in time. Please note that OUTLOOK design in time will withold any loss in value resulting from the ust of the goods. In case of a loss of the goods or an impossibility of reconsignment owing to the customer, the customer must make up for the loss in value.

OUTLOOK design in time stores your order and the order data entered by you. Should you wish a print of your order, you may save and print the order form. After completing the order transaction and pressing the button "Send Order" you will see the note, that we received your order. You now have the possibility to print or save your order, including all data.
